6 Days since my travels from the states and I am happy to say that I am starting to love living in Paris.  My roommates are fantastic--two of which I go to school with at UCD.  The metro is truly great, (well, there have not been any strikes yet) and I am enjoying all the walking.  The Naturalia stores carry a wonderful selection of gluten-free products.  I had my first gluten-free Madeleine which was pretty good:)  The program we are in gave us a thorough orientation of what to expect in Paris...but, I think I will be learning the rest firsthand. Excited!
